Orange Picks is a free sports prediction game where users predict game outcomes and compete on leaderboards. The service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not involve real money gambling.

To use Orange Picks, you must:

- Have only one account per person
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Game Rules
Predictions must be submitted before the match lockout time. Once locked, predictions cannot be changed. Points are calculated automatically based on match results. See our Rules page for full scoring details.
We reserve the right to void or adjust results in cases of technical errors, match cancellations, or other extraordinary circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
The Orange Picks name, logo, and all content are owned by us or our licensors. Football data is provided by Football-Data.org. Team logos and names are property of their respective clubs.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Orange Picks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate. Match data is sourced from third parties and may occasionally contain errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This is a free entertainment service with no prizes or monetary value.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
